At Racine owners Shaun and Willa Arantz aim to provide the ultimate Orange experience, which is beautiful food sourced from as close to locally as possible from the abundant land that surrounds Orange, in a picturesque setting so typical of Orange: overlooking a vineyard  on the foothills of the famous Mt Canobolas. It doesn’t get more ‘Orange’ than that!
With the arrival of their little Boy Edward (Ted) in June 2010 Willa has moved away from her front of house role and concentrates on behind the scenes work as well as her fledging career as an artist. Meanwhile Shaun remains the head man behind the pans,
