SESSION 1 - ANXIETY - 17th November 2019 7.30am



Join us this summer for a unique experience @Racine as we offer guided meditations in the serene garden & vineyard setting. Afterwards enjoy a beautiful brunch in our courtyard with delicious Racine Bakery pastries, fruit, coffee and a glass of bubbles...


During the session you will be guided into a deeply relaxed but focused state and we’ll explore a new experience each time with subjects from managing anxiety through to realigning and rebalancing your chakras to saying farewell to 2019 and welcoming the new year of 2020.


Local Hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and transformational coach Brigid Arantz will be your guide for the mediations. No previous experience is necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing and being your own yoga mat or cushion and sunscreen to take part.


If weather is poor we will hold the meditation inside. Not suitable for children under 12.
